PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A remodeling project with the aim of using as much of the foundation and exterior walls as possible. The existing floor plan is squared off to add additional square footage and a new attached garage, roof, and lofted floor are added to the existing home. The lofted space contains a lounge/bar area which connects to the roof deck. Additionally a home office is located on the lofted space which overlooks the double height living room.
