HAND DRAFTING

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Prior to changes in the architecture curriculum at the Illinois Institute of Technology, first year students were required to practice & hone hand drafting. These projects were used as a way to help students understand the importance of line weights, composition, negative space, and geometry in architectural drawing.
